• Accepted within 14 days of delivery
  
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
  
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
  
• Custom made pieces are final sale.
  

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5 -7 business days.
